We are looking for a Norwegian‑speaking Sales Executive to join a dynamic digital advertising team in Barcelona. In this role, you will partner with Norwegian businesses and agency partners to develop tailored Google Ads and digital marketing strategies, helping clients grow their online presence and achieve business goals. You will work in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment, combining strategic consultancy with strong client relationship management.
Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships through proactive engagement
Develop and promote customized digital advertising strategies to maximize ROI
Support clients in understanding and optimizing their Google Ads performance
Drive sales efforts and achieve individual or team targets
Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email to offer consultative support
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Languages:
Norwegian: C2
English: High working proficiency
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
Experience: 1–2 years in sales, digital advertising, or online marketing
Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills
Goal‑oriented with a customer‑focused mindset
Able to work comfortably in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube, or similar digital advertising tools is a plus
