What will you do?
- Engage with regional clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage a high volume of accounts with a strong service and sales focus
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and client convincing
- Work towards and exceed performance targets and KPIs
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Support clients in developing effective digital marketing strategies
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Norwegian (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken
- Minimum 20 months of proven sales experience
- Strong ability to influence, persuade, and close sales
- Experience in digital marketing and Google Ads
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong client-facing experience with focus on service and retention
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
- Deep understanding of the Nordic market and cultural nuances
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
- Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
