Role Description<\/b><\/span>

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day\-to\-day coordination of all shorebase logistics activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of material handling, vessel operations, yard and warehouse activities, and interface with offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/p><\/span>

<\/p><\/span>

• Coordinate quayside loading and offloading operations for supply vessels.
  <\/li>
• Plan and supervise yard, warehouse, and CCU movements.
  <\/li>
• Ensure logistics documentation (manifests, delivery tickets, backload records) is correctly prepared.
  <\/li>
• Maintain accurate inventory and tracking systems (e.g. Kabal \/ WELS).
  <\/li>
• Liaise with vessel crews, transport providers, customs, and Client representatives.
  <\/li>
• Support SIMOPS and on\-call operations (24\/7 availability during Active Period).

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Degree or technical qualification in Logistics, Maritime Operations, or Engineering.
    <\/li>
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in shorebase or offshore logistics operations.
    <\/li>
  • Strong understanding of vessel loading, CCU handling, and port operations.
    <\/li>
  • Computer literate and experienced with logistics software systems.
    <\/li>
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a multi\-vendor environment.
    <\/li>
  • Fluent English; Spanish desirable.
