We are partnering with an international provider of Sportsbook and trading technology solutions and are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant – Sportsbook. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong industry connections who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the sportsbook industry
Build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of qualified leads and partners
Conduct outreach, pitch sportsbook solutions, and lead commercial negotiations
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with operators and platform providers
Represent the company in meetings and at relevant industry events
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support successful deal closures
Manage and update sales pipelines and report on business development progress
Support market expansion across European and international markets
Minimum 3 years of proven business development experience in sportsbook or iGaming
Strong existing network within sportsbook operators or B2B gaming environments
Native or C2-level Russian and fluent English (C1)
Proven ability to generate leads independently and close B2B deals
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fully remote and performance-driven role
Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and industry events
Based in Europe
