About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Ads Sales Account Manager to support the German market. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across multiple digital platforms. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and delivering effective advertising solutions.

This position is ideal for a sales‑driven professional with a strong background in digital advertising, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving results.

Purpose of the Role

As an Ads Sales Account Manager, you will manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to account growth — ensuring high client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships. You will work closely with clients to understand their advertising goals and help them maximize the performance of their campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels

Sales Pitch & Presentation

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client objectives, audiences, and budgets
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations
  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of advertising solutions

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships
  • Collaborate with clients on campaign strategy and optimization
  • Monitor performance and provide insights, recommendations, and reports

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Expand existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Results‑oriented mindset with strong closing abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team environment
  • German: C2 (native or fluent)
  • English: C1 or higher

  • Performance bonus: up to €4,470 gross/year
