Social Media Manager (Corporate Digital Focus)

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing Digital team in Spain, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and executive positioning.
What you’ll do
Manage social media accounts end-to-end (strategy, execution, reporting)
Develop content plans and editorial calendars
Create and adapt content aligned to client objectives
Deliver reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
Act as a day-to-day client contact
Conduct trend analysis and benchmarking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support new business and internal initiatives
What we’re looking for
2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
Experience managing accounts independently (agency preferred)
Strong understanding of corporate social media (LinkedIn mainly)
Strong writing and content creation skills
Ability to translate business goals into strategy
Analytical mindset with reporting experience
Strong organization and communication skills
Fluent English; Spanish ; Catalan is a plus
