Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary

Amadeus' Talent Acquisition team are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across Spain, Portugal and Poland. You will work closely with hiring managers, run end‑to‑end recruitment processes for both technical and non‑technical roles, and use data, AI and modern tools to continuously improve our hiring approach.

You'll be joining a team of 7 other recruiters, and a wider, global team of nearly 30 people with a high level of diversity and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment, ensuring a fair, transparent, and inclusive process.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and design effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage postings of inclusive job adverts across relevant channels.

  • Run structured interviews and guide stakeholders towards consistent evaluation and decision‑making.

  • Collaborate closely with the sourcing team to ensure strong and diverse pipelines.

  • Present offers and maintain a positive, respectful candidate experience.

  • Use data, analytics, dashboards and AI‑based tools to track recruitment performance and identify improvements.

  • Support different improvement initiatives across Spain, Portugal and Poland, as well as the wider EMEA team.

The ideal candidate

  • Recruitment experience, with proven exposure to hiring technical roles.

  • Solid understanding of working with an ATS system.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and experiment with data, AI and automation tools.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Fluent English, Spanish or Polish is considered a plus.

  • Organized, proactive and comfortable working in a distributed, multicultural environment.
