The Role
As a Customer Support Advisor for Booking, you will be in charge of understanding and
identifying customer needs. You will be listening, responding, and mediating between
international travellers and accommodation suppliers from all over the world, always
ensuring a high level of customer service.
Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements.
Provide accurate information and follow set processes via email and phone.
Mediate solutions between partners and guests to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Requirements
Languages: C2 level Danish and advanced English.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
Technical: User-friendly PC skills (Office 365, CRM Databases, and internal platforms).
Mindset: A problem-solving, solution-driven, and positive mentality to handle tricky customer issues.
Approach: Goal-oriented, open to changing priorities, and a natural affinity with accommodation
platforms.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is highly valued.

What We Offer
Contract & Salary
Salary: β¬22,249 gross/year.
Schedule: 38.5h/week (Mon-Sun), rotating
shifts 09:00-20:00.
Stability: Temporary to Permanent evolution
based on business needs.
Holidays: 27 working days per year.
