Delivery Senior Specialist

Summary: Travel Distribution Operations brings together worldwide activities related to delivery services, go-to-market, learning, and supporting customers across the full lifecycle. In Delivery Management, we take ownership of diverse delivery activities, coordinate expert resources across multiple domains, and support the commercial organization as a key operational entry point for customers and stakeholders.

You will coordinate end-to-end delivery initiatives for travel seller customers across Europe. You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, guiding scope, timelines, risks, and reporting to ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

In this role you’ll

Main responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery projects, defining scope, milestones, risks, and escalation paths to support reliable delivery outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, aligning priorities and ensuring the right expertise is engaged at the right time.
  • Partner closely with customers and commercial stakeholders (Pre-Sales, Account Management, Customer Success) to manage expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout delivery.
  • Provide clear delivery governance and reporting, covering timelines, deliverables, risks, mitigation plans, and KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Capture feedback and identify improvement opportunities, translating learnings into stronger delivery practices and added value for customers.

About the ideal candidate

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing delivery, implementation, consulting, or project environment (travel industry experience is welcome; comparable industries are also relevant).
  • Experience and knowledge of delivery/project management fundamentals (scope, planning, risk management, stakeholder management) and comfort working in cross-functional, matrix teams.
  • Ability to understand travel agency workflows (or motivation and curiosity to learn them quickly).
  • Proficient English communication skills and additional European languages are welcome, especially French).
  • Comfortable using collaboration and delivery tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence (or motivated to learn).
