Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Identify and prioritize SMB accounts with strong potential for digital advertising investment.
  • Execute daily outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to engage marketing decision‑makers and business owners.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess business goals, marketing challenges, and budget readiness.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos, clearly articulating the value of our advertising solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and deal stages.
  • Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new advertisers.
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs related to revenue, activity levels, pipeline development, and win rates.
  • Document all interactions and deal details in Salesforce to maintain transparency and alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English (written and spoken).
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven ability to engage and qualify prospects through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Consistent success working toward quotas in a professional, phone‑based sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a large account portfolio and booking qualified meetings.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to identify key decision‑makers.
  • Resilient, goal-driven, self-motivated, and persistent in achieving objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to spark interest and convey value in a concise and compelling way.
