We are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to join a high-impact Google Ads project in Barcelona. If you enjoy working with clients, driving growth, and using data to create real business impact — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Consulting:
    Manage a portfolio of German SMB clients, acting as their trusted advisor for digital growth
  • Performance Optimization:
    Analyze campaign data and develop tailored advertising strategies to maximize ROI
  • Account Growth:
    Drive revenue through upselling, retention, and long-term relationship building

What We're Looking For

  • Languages: German (C2) & English (C1)
  • Experience: 1.5+ years in Account Management, Sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Skills:
    • Strong commercial mindset
    • KPI-driven approach
    • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
