About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing team in Barcelona.
In this role, you will work with high-potential businesses, helping them successfully onboard and optimize their advertising strategies using Google Ads. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving growth, improving performance, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Onboard new clients and manage a portfolio of accounts

Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns

Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services

Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions

Increase client investment and identify upselling opportunities

Maintain and update CRM systems

Handle a high volume of client interactions daily

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
Requirements

Fluent German (C2) + English

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or digital marketing

Strong experience in client-facing roles and relationship management

Experience with CRM tools and performance-driven environments

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Strong communication and presentation skills

Analytical mindset with business acumen
