As a German-speaking Google Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist, you will drive growth for businesses in the German market by onboarding new advertisers, developing tailored PPC strategies, and helping clients maximize the value of their Google Ads investment.
You will combine consultative sales, customer success, and digital marketing expertise to build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving ambitious sales and performance goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor for new Google Ads clients throughout the onboarding journey.
Understand customer objectives, business models, and growth ambitions.
Develop strategic and results-driven PPC recommendations that deliver both immediate impact and long-term success.
Guide customers through platform adoption and best practices.
Conduct outbound sales activities to engage prospective advertisers.
Identify opportunities to increase advertising investment and campaign adoption.
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities through consultative conversations.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Engage directly with businesses across the German market.
Identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
Recognize high-potential businesses and future market leaders.
Position Google Ads solutions according to local market demands and customer objectives.
Manage a high volume of accounts and prospective clients daily.
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data.
Track sales activities, opportunities, and follow-up actions effectively.
Ensure data quality and compliance throughout the customer lifecycle.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication.
Address inquiries and challenges quickly and professionally.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields is a plus.
Native-level or C2 German.
High level of English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, account management, or a related client-facing role.
Proven success in target-driven and performance-focused environments.
Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and close opportunities.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales technologies.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, personalize outreach, and optimize workflows.
Strong interest in digital advertising, PPC, and online marketing solutions.
