Responsibilities:

Trusted Advisor: Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing.

Sales & Consultation: Make outbound customer calls to promote, sell, and match our services to the clients' strategic objectives.

Campaign Strategy: Set up results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.

Account Growth: Drive revenue growth by increasing client spend and managing campaign upselling.

Data Management: Handle a high volume of daily potential clients and maintain a meticulous customer database using CRM tools.
Requirements:

Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing/Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience.

Languages: C2 level in Danish and C1 level in English. Multilingual abilities are a huge plus for the Nordic market!

Experience: 20+ months of experience in sales, marketing, or high-stakes client-facing roles.

Mindset & Tools: Ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. Bonus points if you actively use AI tools to optimize your daily outreach and workflows.

Full-time Hybrid Position: 39 hours/week in Barcelona.

Total First Year Gross Value: €30,383.75 + Flight & Accommodation (For candidates starting June 22nd).
