Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling) to identify high-potential business clients within your target market (Danish, German, or Norwegian).
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their suitability for digital advertising expansion.
  • Pitch the value proposition of modern digital marketing products to decision-makers, including marketing managers and business owners.
  • Schedule qualified strategy meetings and hand over high-potential prospects to Account Managers.

Requirements:

  • Native or bilingual level in Danish, German, OR Norwegian, alongside a professional command of English.
  • A strong interest in sales, digital media, or the tech sector.
  • Resilient mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the drive to hit daily outbound targets.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer acquisition is a plus.

Job Description: We are looking for an entrepreneurial German-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive market penetration and revenue growth for a world-renowned suite of digital advertising products. Operating from Barcelona, you will manage outbound strategies to transform small-to-medium businesses into high-value digital advertising clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and map out target industries within the DACH region to discover untapped business opportunities.
  • Initiate consultative outbound contact with key stakeholders to audit their current digital presence.
